Licensing Policy

License Overview
Feel Strategy digital assets are protected under international intellectual property law. When you acquire an asset from our marketplace, you are purchasing a usage license, not the ownership of the underlying source code or design system.
Our standard license is a **Single Entity Commercial License**.
Personal Usage
Educational & Personal Projects
Use our assets to learn architectural logic, experiment with UI systems, or build personal, non-revenue-generating projects. This includes personal portfolios and experimental subdomains.
Commercial Usage
Primary Business Use
Deploy our systems for your primary revenue-generating business. This includes SaaS dashboards, product landing pages, and business-authority websites. One license covers one primary domain and its associated subdomains.
Agency & Client Deployment
Professional Client Work
Agencies and freelancers may use our assets to build systems for their clients. One purchase per client project is required. You may not use a single purchase to deploy the system for multiple distinct clients.
- You must transfer the license terms to your client upon delivery.
- The client must be aware that the underlying infrastructure is governed by Feel Strategy licensing.
Modification Permissions
You have absolute authority to modify, extend, and adapt our source code to fit your brand identity and technical requirements.
- You may change CSS styles, JS logic, and HTML structure.
- You may integrate the assets with your choice of backend or CMS.
- Modified versions of our assets are still governed by this Licensing Policy.
Strict Prohibitions
Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate legal action and license revocation:
- Resale: You may not re-sell the source code as a standalone template or UI kit.
- Redistribution: You may not share or distribute the source code via public repositories, forums, or secondary marketplaces.
- Stock Product Use: You may not use our assets as a foundation for a theme or plugin you intend to sell on other marketplaces.
License Termination
Feel Strategy reserves the right to terminate your usage license if any terms are violated. Upon termination, you must cease all usage of the asset and delete all copies of the source code from your local and hosted environments.
