Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Feel Strategy ecosystem, acquiring digital assets from our marketplace, or commissioning our professional conversion services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Feel Strategy. If you do not accept these protocols in their entirety, you must terminate all interactions with our digital infrastructure immediately.

Digital Assets

Our marketplace provides high-performance HTML templates, SaaS architectures, and UI kits. These are provided as "Digital Assets."

• Delivery: Digital assets are delivered immediately upon successful transaction verification.
• Compatibility: It is the user's responsibility to ensure their technical stack meets the requirements specified for each asset.
• "As-Is" Provision: Assets are provided as engineering foundations; custom modifications are the user's responsibility unless a professional deployment service is commissioned.

Licensing Scope

Your acquisition of any Feel Strategy digital asset is governed by our strict licensing protocol. For detailed granular rights, please refer to our Licensing Policy.

In brief: You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the acquired asset for commercial or personal projects. This license is tied to the purchasing entity and is not transferable without express written authorization.

Usage Restrictions

To protect our intellectual property and the value of our ecosystem, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Redistribution: You may not re-sell, lease, or distribute our digital assets on any other marketplace or platform.
• Sub-Licensing: You may not sub-license our source code as a standalone product.
• Decompilation: Unauthorized reverse-engineering of our proprietary SaaS logic units is forbidden.

Payment Protocols

All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. High-ticket service deployments require a 50% initialization deposit unless otherwise specified in the project scope.

Failures in payment processing or unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate termination of licensing rights and access to the ecosystem.

Intellectual Property

Feel Strategy retains absolute ownership of all proprietary code, design languages, AI logic, and brand assets. Your acquisition grants you usage rights, not ownership of the underlying Feel Strategy architecture.

Professional Services

Professional deployment services are governed by separate project-specific Statement of Work (SOW) documents. However, these general terms apply to all service-based interactions.

• Support: Standard support is defined in our Support Policy.
• Timeline: Estimated deployment timelines are provided as projections, not absolute guarantees, due to the complexity of custom infrastructure.

Liability Limits

Feel Strategy is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our digital assets. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific asset or service in question.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of our primary operating jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before seeking judicial remedies.
